**Q: Does this fit champagne bottles too? Thanks**
A: You might not be able to fit 3 champagne bottles all having tops towards you but if you alternate eg one the middle bottle bottom facing out you can fit 3 across, and then on the next shelf, the other way around. Works for my 18 bottle version.

**Q: Hello - I am looking at the 24 bottle model - the height stated seems to exclude the hinge on the right. Can you tell me what the additional height is**
A: Total height including hinge is 740m or a fraction over 29inches in old money

**Q: I plugged the cooler in the lights come on you can set a temp but there is no noise & it is getting any colder help!**

The unit’s control panel will automatically lock out after 20 seconds of non-use.
Hold down the COG button for about 5 seconds and when an audible noise is heard, it signifies it is active
Select the desired temperature using your up and down buttons. It will flash back to the current temperature and will take a while to reach the chosen temperature.

When you set the temperature on any of the digital models (DH4 – DH11), for example, 12 degrees, the digital temperature gauge will flash five times and then it will display the internal actual temperature at that point in time.

When you activate the control panel, the 12 degrees will flick five times again, showing you that this is the temperature that you have set.

The set temperature will not be reached immediately, but the internal temperature will start to adjust according to the temperature that you have set.

When you set a higher temperature than the current actual internal temperature the unit it will stop cooling (go quiet) to make the interior temperature go up to your set temperature. There are no heaters in the units so the speed at which they increase temperature will be directly related to the ambient temperature in the room. If the ambient temperature is much lower than 25 degrees then it will take much longer for the unit to increase temperature due to not have a heating function. The speed at which the temperature increases depends directly on the ambient temperature.

The reverse can be said for when you set a lower temperature than the current actual, the unit will start working and the speed at which it arrives at the set/desired temperature will again be directly affected by the ambient temperature.

Surprisingly light plus roomy inside. Easy to set the temperature - N.B. we measured with two accurate thermometers and both say the temp inside is 1-2 degrees higher than the setting on the front panel, but not a major issue. Niggles: The shelves are very flimsy, it will only take standard bottle eg struggles with Fizz bottles.
