## Features

- Save Time with Shape Retention Foam: Our easy shape, high retention EVA foam can be quickly formed to design anything you can dream. As cosplayers ourselves we created a High Density EVA Foam specifically formulated to outperform the competition in Durability and Shape Retention. If you’re pouring all of that painstaking effort into your Cosplay, Costuming or Crafting design, you need your EVA Foam to hold up to whatever Con or daily activities you throw at your creation!
- ACHIEVE INTRICATE DETAIL WITH VERSATILE THICKNESS - 2MM: Perfect for fine detailing and texture layering. The 2mm thickness is ideal for trim accents, scales, or decorative armor layers where flexibility is key. Easy to cut, bend, and heat shape for professional-level finishing on cosplay and craft builds…and, because it is a thinner 1mm thickness combined with a strong High Density, you can even SEW IT!
- XL FOAM SHEET = LESS SEAMS, LESS WORK AND BIGGER DESIGNS: Spend less time combining sheets together by using our Extra Large 35 x 59 inch foam sheets. You’ll have more material to make single cuts to create breast plates, shields, and other large armor pieces or simply have more foam to work with than typical, smaller foam bundle options. This X-large 35"x59" sheet ensures seamless coverage and professional results.
- Precision Crafting with Ultra High Density Foam: With a true high density of 85 kg/m3 (5.3 lb/ft3) our smooth, closed-cell structure on both sides craft foam makes cutting, sanding, dremeling, heating, and shaping effortless, ensuring professional-quality results every time.
- UNMATCHED DURABILITY FOR CREATIONS THAT LAST: Our high-density EVA foam (85 kg/m³) is built to withstand wear and tear, offering unparalleled shape retention to keep your cosplay, costumes, and crafting projects looking flawless.
