**Q: What is the Expiration date of this product?**
A: If you purchase this product from us as of today the expiration date is either 10/2023 or 07/2023. This will change as new inventory is brought in from France.

**Q: Can this be served cold?**
A: It heats up in about 10 seconds in your microwave. After about 5-10 minutes it will settle down to room temperature. It’s very creamy in texture in those two states. Those are optimum serving times. If you decide to serve it cold the texture might be undesirable for you or your guests.

**Q: Label states to use within 5 days after opening. Is that accurate?**
A: I think that is questionable. Maybe if you don’t refrigerate. I put mine in the refrigerator and it is fine.

**Q: Why does it say Christian,, and bottle says Maison ?**
A: I suspect that it is referring to "The House of Potier" (Translation for the French "Maison Potier") that makes the Bearnaise. Christian Potier is probably the owner of "The House of Potier".
