**Q: will the packaging leak while it's shipping?**
A: Mine leaked and was almost half empty upon arrival

**Q: Is it a dropper bottle**
A: No, however they do provide a plastic dropper that works really good

**Q: How often should i use this? everyday? i've read that adding too much ammonia at one time can actually prolong cycling time so i just want to be sure.**
A: Use a liquid testing kit for ammonia daily when using this product. I kept my ammonia levels at about 2 or 3 ppm. Once the ammonia starts to decrease, test for nitrites. Keep ammonia around 2ppm until nitrates appear. Once nitrates appear, you should be pretty much done.

**Q: How many ounces is this?  Nothing in description on volume.  Dr. Tim's sells 2oz. and 4oz.**
A: I received 2 ounces when I ordered it.
