I like to put it on my wrists at night and behind my ears like a perfume before I braid my hair at night. I use lavender oil for various skin ailments. It works wonders on eczema and even clears up psoraisis. It heals small wounds, cuts and burns. If I have an acne breakout, I put a couple drops of lavender oil on my skin and it begins clearing overnight. It truly is an amazing and powerful oil. I've used Young Living's lavender essential oil and now this brand (Plant Life). I found both to be of high quality. Lavender and tea tree oil are listed by a large number of aromatherapy sources as oils you can use undiluted.
