Review: Solid Easel - This easel is brilliant! It's even better than I expected. Though a little time consuming, due to the fact I have MS and I'm left handed (i.e. for me the screws have to go in 'backwards'!) but actually, easy to assemble following the clear booklet pictures and it looks fantastic. Very impressed the Philips screwdriver was included too. Quite heavy and solid so I put it together in place of where I want to use it. I'm absolutely trilled with the purchase. Thank you. Review: Sturdy, Functional, Adjustable - Perfect! - I am so pleased that I decided to buy this easel. It arrived the next day, well packaged and in perfect condition. We did struggle a bit with the assembly to start with, but once the base was in place it got more straightforward - took us around one and a half hours but once it was 'up and running' we were very impressed. It is structurally sound, easy to adjust (for height and angle for whatever medium you use) and I have it in pride of place because it is a very nice piece of furniture. I was previously using a desktop easel but got fed up with my canvasses sliding about. That will not be happening with my Meeden. For any artist, budding or professional, I can strongly recommend this easel. Ticks all the boxes! ## Features - Premium Material: This classic large easel is a professional-grade solid wood easel. If there are any questions, welcome to consult our customer service email: customer-service@meeden-art.com. **Q: Does this easel tilt** A: No **Q: Hi,i purchased this easel few days ago,it says it’s in stock, but now that i paid it says it’s not? how long do I have to wait? should i cancel?thanks** A: Sorry, I have no idea. Best contact Amazon direct. **Q: I need to replace one of the black caps for the screw what size is it ?** A: This is difficult to answer because the actual 'black' knob on the screw has five lobes on it - making it hard to get an accurate measurement. I would have thought that the screw and cap were one unit (as they appear to be on my easel). Sorry I could not be more helpful. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Easel *by H***S on 22 June 2020* This easel is brilliant! It's even better than I expected. Ticks all the boxes! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely sturdy easel *by P***E on 5 May 2022* I bought this because my desk easel collapsed in the middle of a painting. I doubt this one would in a million years. It is very solid and looks great. It comes with clear assembly pictorial instructions. However for my eyes these were a bit too small and I found putting the the base together a bit of challenge and not that clear from the pictures. Once Id worked out the order in which to fasten the base pieces together it came together very quickly and I love it ## Frequently Bought Together - MEEDEN Large H-Frame Easel, Easel Stand for Painting, Painting Easel, Easel Stand for Display, Solid Beechwood Wooden Easel, Easels for Painting Canvas, Holds Canvases Up to 78", Natural Color - MEEDEN Wooded Drafting Stool with Adjustable Height,Artist Stool,Wood Bar Stool,Kitchen Stool,Perfect for Artists Studio,Home Use,Kitchen,Bars --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/179694843-meeden-large-h-frame-easel-holds-canvases-up-to-78](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/179694843-meeden-large-h-frame-easel-holds-canvases-up-to-78) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
