More than anything has! - I am so glad I gave this shampoo a shot! After many years of trying all the things to control the flakes and psoriasis on my scalp this shampoo has gotten my head almost to normal! I made the mistake of buying Selsun Blue and my head was getting drier and worse, so I went on here to find the Coal Tar shampoo the dermatologist had recommended before to me and instead took a chance on this one, it is GREAT. It does have a smoky smell to it, which I do not mind but some may, it has a thick gel like consistency and you only need a small amount as it has a nice lather to it and cleans my long hair well. I feel like my hair looks fuller and nicer even, and people have commented on it looking fuller! My plaques around my ear at my scalp hair line are pretty much gone and I have not gotten through half of the first bottle yet! I believe this will get rid of all the dryness on my scalp as it already has gotten me to this stage. I hope it works as well for everyone. I will continue to buy as it is the first shampoo I notice actually working and I will try the other shampoos from this company as well. Just happy!
