First batch came out decent, but these things are truely an art!Tips:-Don't squeeze/pump too much macaroon batter onto the sil-mat; start at the center and then gently spread out in a circle motion, and lift up out of the mixture-make sure to let the cookies sit out for a little while on a wire rack to cool down before dressing with creme-put the turquoise silicone bags in a cup and use your spatula to scoop into the bag; make sure you squeeze your creme down to the tip and wrap/tie the up-side so that the creme doesn't come out when pipingHope the review helps, but this little kit was awesome for a lil home project 👌🏻 PS everything shown comes In a tiny little box...
