Review: This kit is AWESOME! - I bought this kit so my second graders could make keychains for their moms for Mother's Day. I've never actually made shrinky dinks before so I was nervous these wouldn't work. However, the sheets shrunk down and flattened in the oven perfectly! At first, I tried giving them just 2 minutes in the oven but realized that wasn't long enough so I just watched through the oven door and as soon as they flattened back out, I took them out of the oven. If they look like they are still curled up, just give them a little longer in the oven and the magic will happen. They turned out SO cute! My students were very excited to give them to their mothers for Mother's Day.

A: You can do your shrink creative craft by oven. It will be shrink to 20% of its original size after heating.

A: It says pencils, crayons, markers, paint and more can be used so yes they should work.Hope that helps

**Q: saw person use a hot air gun to shirk this film,  so i ask can it be done ?**
A: I believe that would depend on the heat setting of the hot air gun, I’ve personally never tried it but the science makes it possible

I bought this kit so my second graders could make keychains for their moms for Mother's Day. I've never actually made shrinky dinks before so I was nervous these wouldn't work. However, the sheets shrunk down and flattened in the oven perfectly! At first, I tried giving them just 2 minutes in the oven but realized that wasn't long enough so I just watched through the oven door and as soon as they flattened back out, I took them out of the oven. If they look like they are still curled up, just give them a little longer in the oven and the magic will happen. They turned out SO cute! My students were very excited to give them to their mothers for Mother's Day.

My 11 yr old loves these. The day they came in she immediately started making stuff. The cutest part was my mother-in-law saw her creating and immediately had a flashback from when she was a kid and asked if she could make stuff with her. They had a blast and now do these together. They followed the directions exactly and had no issues. The final product comes out sturdy as well. So far they have made key chains, earrings, and bracelet charms.
