Should have ordered two sizes up. I wore it a couple times before washing it, and while it was a little loose (particularly in the arms), I didn't care, because it looked amazing and kept me warm without being TOO warm. It's also unbelievably soft! I thought I'd found the perfect sweater. Then I washed it, in a sweater bag, in cold water, on a delicate cycle -- the same way I wash my handknits. I reshaped it and laid it flat to dry. Did everything right according to my knowledge as a knitter. The sweater is almost skin-tight now, and I'm very uncomfortable wearing it.
