Slow Heat
I'm not sure why, but this micro wave takes 3 times as long to heat stuff as my previous microwave, I am at the point I don't want to use it anymore because you can't judge times. So box to send it back in either. Strange...

20 litre??
Definitely not 20 litre. Measured at about 14 litres. And suspect that it is less than 800w too because it takes longer to heat things up than the Daewoo one it replaced which was proper 20 litres and 800w. Nevertheless it's a nice looking microwave and does the job so quite pleased and am keeping it.

To wave or not to wave?
Loved design and easy to operate but only had it six weeks before it stopped working 800 w and put my porridge in and pressed 2 mins and hey presto was making quite aloud noise and porridge didn’t cook no heat at all . Amazon refund and was collected prompt great customer service must of been a factory fault as there no bang sparks or anything
