This could be premature but its been one week and all I have done is gain weight desputw decreasing thw amount of doos and the type of food i am consuming. I am feaedul of continuing this pill as waiting for 30 days may add too many extra lbs. Additionally having constipation is not an added benefit.

Took this supplement as recommended for 30 days, along with regular physical activity, and noted no results. Disappointing.

This thing did nothing to help me lose any weight. It was a waste of my money and time. They should be sued for false advertising something that does not work.

I did not realize it contains gelatin. I do not knowingly take gelatin.

As much as I'd have liked it to work, it just doesn't. I work out daily for about an hour, and while I was taking this, the only way I didn't gain weight is if I was completely strict about my diet. It didn't help me lose weight, bottom line.
