The only reason I can think of is the fear on the shipping aspect of it, is that the bags may get crushed in transit. Being a Blue Star mom, I sent the pump bottles when shipping. MAYBE you can have these bags shipped in a box in a box to protect them. Call CS and ask them. Perhaps they will do this for the troops? I would try it. As far the description, maybe the seller used to and did not change that info. Good luck to you and your family member(s) overseas! **Q: Hello, Is there anyway we can order 4-5CS in one time?** A: Hello,Yes 4-5 cases can be ordered at one time. Thank you! **Q: How do I contact Amazon about quantity disbute? This item is suppose to come with 8 in each case.** A: When I order, I get two four packs in a box. That makes a total of 8. **Q: I need to know the total weight of the product. Is their one package of product for $56 with 1000 ml of product or 8 packages of product 1000ml each** A: It show the Product Specifications as such: Item Weight 17.9 pounds Number of Items 8 Size Name 1000 ml Specific Uses For Product NXT Refil ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great refill *by D***N on September 22, 2026* Excellent refill for our commercial Purell hand sanitizer dispenser that we have been using for decades, no leaks or issues. We purchased extra as these refills are discontinued from Purell ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sanitizer for hands *by E***C on July 21, 2026* Great size n quantity works great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product..good price..feel safer now.. *by N***Y on March 18, 2020* Saw 8 available and only bought 1 (from Amazon). Glad I did because it sold out quickly. Came in two cases with 4 bags per case. Total 8 bags = 8 liters. Also bought a NXT dispenser and put it in the garage. We use it before heading back inside. For the price it was $9 per bag/liter..a little high but felt good considering the situation and it was sold by amzn so i didn't feel ripped off. We also use it to refill the small bottles the kids take around in their cars, backpacks and purses. As a dad I feel safer having this around.
