## Description

desertcart.com: Covered Resistance Tubes with Handles - 48" (Medium) : Sports & Outdoors

Review: Versatile, durable and heavy duty bands - I purchased these for use at home or when I'm doing workouts at the park. I have over other elastic bands and although they do their jobs providing just enough tension for a light workout or therapy/mobility, I wanted something a bit more challenging being a former athlete who used to weight lift heavy weights frequently. These definitely fit the bill and are very thick and durable. They are clearly good quality and even feel substantial with the thick material covering the actual bands. It's tough to do the typical elastic band movements with these and takes some practice to work your strength up to be able to do so and that is exactly what I wanted. I keep them in my gym bag and they go to the park, the gym and vacations with me. Happy with the purchase. Note: The tension may be a bit much for a casual exerciser and may lead to straining. I'd only recommend these for those who are a bit larger, stronger and more experienced.
Review: Great quality - Great quality gift for my husband for Christmas! Attached to ceiling for lat pull downs.
