## Questions & Answers

**Q: Height adjustment on mine is not working. Anyone else notice this?**
A: The height adjustment works correctly when the release lever is pushed and the vacuum handle is at an angle.  When the vacuum is locked in its upright position, the height adjustment dial is not engaged, by design.  I believe everyone observing the "the height adjustment doesn't touch anything and is useless" is looking at it with the vacuum handle locked it the upright position.

**Q: why does it take so long to receive item? 1-3 months??**
A: I have prime so it took one day or so.

**Q: Stepping on it to release and use makes a sharp plastic sound every time, is this normal? Feels like it might break.**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for Carpet

Project Farm brought me here. Excellent vacuum for carpet. To test it, I first vacuumed with my trusty Kenmore Canister vac; then with the Eureka and the Eureka got a shocking amount of cat hair and dust that my Kenmore didn't. To be honest, the attachments and hose leave a lot to be desired as the hose is rather stiff and short. But, for the price and performance of the carpet head and suction alone, you can't beat the performance anywhere near the price range. My parents are going to buy one for the same thing and keep the canister vac for dusting. Very easy to use, and empty. The on/off switch being a foot pedal was interesting to find out, but it works great; though not sure if you can turn the carpet brush head off when using the hose with attachments. Excellent cheap vacuum, get the purple one, it's the cheapest option.
