Where are the advertised videos and audio recordings? Without them this book is worthless. I would like my money back if there is no way to access those recordings

On the inside cover of the digital book there is a code at the bottom that you use on the Hal Leonard website to create an account and access the recordings.The book is good, but how do I access the recordings and videos that are supposed to accompany it?  I know someone else already asked that but there were no answers.  I can't find who I should contact about it so I'm hoping my review will be read and responded to.
