Source Organic whey come exclusively from the organic milk of grass-fed jersey cows in Northern California. Our cows spend over 300 days outside while Midwest cows are lucky to spend 180 days on pasture. Each 25 gram serving contains 21 grams of protein and 4.9 grams of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA's) which aid in recovery and promote lean muscle. Soure organic's creamy and milky flavor is all natural with no added sugars, sweeteners, preservatives or flavors.

Especially if I have it within an hour of getting up, I can feel my body and mind shift into feeling stabilized and calm. Like any "noise" inside goes quiet. That's from the high quality and sufficient protein (I use 3 scoops for 30 grams protein, not the 2 scoops for the suggested 20 grams protein) and other stuff I put in my smoothie (like a bit of fruit, 1 T. psyllium, 2 T. uncooked steel cuts oats, 1/4 of an avocado and 1 1/2 c. almond milk) stabilizing my blood sugar, and keeping it steady for 4 hours or so. I read about people putting their whey into oatmeal or their coffee... this doesn't work for me, as I don't think it tastes good, but to each their own.
