A: It came with double-faced tape. But also had small holes if you want to attach with small nails.

**Q: Is it weather proof for outdoor mounting?**
A: We use it indoors. The back it comes with is not weather sealed.  The exterior finish should be fine outdoors, but you would need to figure out a way to seal the back better

I love the deep blue color and the fact that this Mezuzah is not big. The quality is good for the price. I didn't expect it to be that solid and heavy. The back comes with a double sided sticky tape which doesn't protect the scroll inside so I recommend you wrap your scrolling a little baggie or saran wrap. You will need tall skinny nails to hang it up as well as it does not come with any.
