The ingredients are top notch and it doesn’t hurt my stomach like most others. I saw some reviews regarding this product and allergic reactions. Please know what you are taking as this product contains niacin. Niacin can give you a “flush” and if you are deficient as most people are even the non flushing form, which this product has as well, can make you flush. A flush can make you just feel a little warm or it can make you feel itchy and hot. This is nothing to be scared of as it only lasts a few minutes and is good for your body to do. I noticed myself if I did not eat with it, the flush was stronger and the directions say to eat something with it.
