It came in a box within a box and wrapped up. Inside was an envelope with the warranty card, instructions, and a note of the company itself (as well as the case). In person, I think it’s one of the best looking cases in any price range. It’s sleek and stealthy and it has regular black wheels. No spinners pls. It feels great and hoping it will last. Will update review in time with major changes to its condition.1st update. Took it with me to a 3 day trip to seattle and was perfect. Fit the carry on space with no problems. I could always lift my luggage, and it rolled really well, even on cobbled streets. The zippered compartments help keep everything in it's place, and the luggage compressed perfectly when I needed to zip it all closed.
