Ok but too many issues for the price.
The device itself does the job, but the issues are many.To start off you have to charge both the camera and monitor for 8-10 hours. They only give you 1 AC to USB adaptor. For some reason they use a mini-Usb interface for the camera instead of the far more common mirco-Usb. The monitor uses an old fashioned Dc plug. That means if you lose the cable for the monitor you are going to have difficulty finding a new one.The Car plug adaptor has 2 usb ports but will only allow you to charge either the monitor or the camera, not bothShutting down the device should be intuitive but its not. If you have to hold the button to turn it on, it should be a tap to shut it off or hold the button till it shuts off. If you hold the button down it goes into match mode with the monitor. You actually have to hold the button for no more and no less than 2 seconds.Despite having IR lights the night vision is horrible. it's not even worth trying. They did a decent job on the camera (except for night vision) and monitor but they need a lot of work on the charging and power interfaces.

Good concept but a big disappointment
Its a great concept but a hassle to use. You must turn off the power on both devices before exiting the vehicle and then on again when you get back in. The power button on the camera unit is super inconvenient, you must open the Velcro and then close the Velcro and then reposition the camera so your baby is in view. I also have trouble with connectivity. It will run for awhile while I'm traveling then all of a sudden it freezes and I can't see my baby at all for minutes at a time. Super frustrating. For the money, I'd expect a better and easier to use product.

The concept of this is great, however for some reason the camera will not stay on and working.
The concept of this is great, however for some reason the camera will not stay on and working. I have fully charged it, I have removed the battery to reset it, I have followed all the instructions and the camera will still freeze or not pair with the screen. The screen seems to work fine. The camera in the beginning would not turn off, so if I used it for a 10 minute drive it would stay on and the battery would die eventually before I had a chance to use it again. I had to fully remove the battery to reset it to work correctly. Now that it seems to be turning off when I push and hold the button for 3-5 seconds, I will continue working on figuring out how to get the camera working long enough for a road trip. At this point when I hear baby crying and don't see it I know something is wrong, or when I notice the picture looks to not have changed forever I have to pull over and try to turn the camera on and off. Its easier to just revert back to the mirror in this case. To be honest if the camera worked appropriately I would say spend all the money on this thing because it has so much potential to be awesome! But for now…with the problems I have EVERY time I use it, I would have to say save your money. If anyone finds another similar video product for baby monitor in the vehicle please let me know! Like I said this product has so much potential! :)

It switches off after 10-30 min even when fully charged.
Very disappointed. The zooby camera and monitor worked well for 30 min. I had fully charged it over night. The next morning I packed up my baby and brought the car chargers as well just in case. I have a car charger in the back seat for the stuffed animal camera and one in the front for the monitor, so I didn’t think it would die on me at all. After 30 min, my monitor switched to a screen that said no signal. I turned it off and on again and even made sure it was charging. I had to pull over to reach in the back and turn the stuffed animal back on bc apparently it shuts off after just a few min. This was a reoccurring issue. The next day it only lasted for 10 min and I had to pull over again to switch the stuffed animal back on. After getting back into the car to drive off it switched back to the no signal screen. So frustrating. There’s no number to call to get help in troubleshooting. I would like to return mine. There’s no point in using this if I have to have someone in back to switch it on for me. I got this for the car rides where it’s jusy me and the baby.

So cute, but not good for night time
I really wanted to like this baby monitor but the quality was very bad. I liked the size of the monitor but the image was very bad at night. Day time image was okay. Sound quality was BAD, I kept on hearing static. Otherwise, delivery, returns, everything else was okay.

Quickly Returned
The camera resolution was not what we expected for $200, the monitor would randomly respond with "no signal" even when both the monitor and plush were plugged in and their positions hadn't changed, and the audio failed when there was white noise going in the room - we could clearly hear and see our baby crying, but the audio on the monitor only picked up the white noise.

Waste of money!!
I brought this for my daughter in law, it only lasted 6 months. She contacted the company and they wouldn't do anything about it. Don't waste your money on this item, they're plenty of other companies that will stand behind their products.
