Medi-First Cold Spray, 4 Ounces

I use this three times a week for two dialysis sticks with large bore needles. It works fine but a can does not last long and the product is expensive. So far Medicare, private insurance or VA will not cover the cost. Otherwise it is a satisfactory product. Except for expense I would give five stars.

This is by far the best spray "Cold Therapy" I have ever found. It provides some serious help....even for this 74 y.o. man. I have severe arthritic pain in both knees as well as my shoulders and hands. There are times that I use Medi-First several times a day. For me it works amazingly well. It is more convenient than cold packs and out performs them... greatly out performs them. I have never found Medi-First Cold Spray in local pharmacies, grocery stores, or other retail outlets. To freeze arm before dialysis.

We bought this for our three kids to help ease the stress of needle pricks. It started as a joke because we have seen trainers spray soccer players with this cold spray when they “get injured” on the field and then one of our nurses used it before an IV poke. It could be the placebo effect, but our child said the stick hurt less after being sprayed. Now we use it for all the pokes and our kids have handled things more smoothly and with less anxiety. Maybe it’s just a parent hack!

Use it on burns. Works well

This is not ethyl chloride, the spray used for coaches and athletes when suffering injures, is Butane-isobuthane-propane I guess it is safe to use it on your skin, since they are selling it for that purpose , I really do not plan to use it, I did spray a bit on my normal skin and has a cool effect.

This product is making my husbands arm pink he is a dialysis patient and the product cannot be used I should be able to return the two thst I purchased

If you are a needle chicken like I am ask your Dr to get some of this. It works and you don't feel anything!
