I like it because I think it will be EXTREMELY durable and allow me to carry it often in the truck and hiking without worrying about it, while being 100% waterproof. The Kashira is tucked tightly inside the Tsuka-Maki. The brass hanako sits snuggly inside the wooden Koiguchi. Delivery packaging was good. Included a card board company card with company contact info and which was a nice touch. The blade came wrapped nicely inside protective plastic and was neatly oiled which made it easy to clean for immediate use. The blade was sharp. I tested it on the box and was able to deliver 2 clean cuts. It's so light that single handed use was easy.
