They wear out and break after a couple years of use like any other band. Regular use they will last a couple years per pack. Not perfect, I wish they would be a little more robust and wish they made an even heavier duty one.

**Q: what are the different weight resistances for each band?**
A: It doesn’t say anything about weight measurement.
It goes by just resistance. White is the easiest and red is the hardest. I’ve been using theses and I have noticed a big difference. Worth the money.

**Q: Will this help improve my pulloffs in shredding metal solo's on guitar?**
A: I used to be one of the fastest speed metal players in Arizona: you can only be one or the other, fast or strong. If you want to use these for volume training, dexterity, or even minor strength, you’re in the right place. If you want champion grip strength, put your guitar goals on the backburner. The only way to get faster at guitar is playing guitar faster.

**Q: Do these include suggested exercises?**
A: I don't remember if they did include that in the package, but I believe I found some appropriate exercises on their website or some other website.

**Q: Do you sell a hand band set with higher resistance than the red (highest resistance) band?**

These bands are absolutely amazing if you are using the CoC crushers, or something similar. I overworked my hands on my CoC, to the point my hands were hurting all the time. After I received these bands I played with them for about 30 minutes, and by the end of that time my hands were not hurting anymore. They are nowhere close to as strong as the CoC obviously, but they provide enough resistance to keep your hands more or less balanced. Highly, highly recommend you get these if you intend to use the Captains of Crush. Just to clarify, since I didn't really see this on the product description, there are 5 levels of bands, and 2 of each level, so you are getting a total of 10 bands.
