The top spike of our artificial tree is quite strong, but when we put this on there wasn't enough spiral to hold it on, the tree bent over and it fell off. As for the glitter, it's everywhere! There's more on my floor than the star. Sorry, but it's just not fit for purpose which is a shame, it would look beautiful if it had been designed properly.
