It took a bit of maneuvering and repacking a few times but we managed to get it all into the bag with room to spare. We did reinforce the ends with cardboard boxes as I was concerned the pointed ends of the sections might go through the end of the bag. We managed to get it packed up and downstairs without any issues. I was able to get the stand and tree skirt into the bag too.
