A: Order physicians elemental diet, it taste much better.  I did.  John

A: Each individual carton has 250 calories, so the number of cartons you need daily depends on your calorie needs.

**Q: Expiration date?**
A: There is an expiration date but What we have received it is well beyond the time it takes to use it up

**Q: Does anyone have tips to make this easier to drink? I can hardly get them down**
A: The only way I could get it down was with a straw so it goes toward back of throat and served over ice. Room temperature was abominable.  Don't know if that will work for you.
