All Victoria preseasoned griddles, skillets and other cookware is seasoned with flaxseed oil. **Q: Does this Griddle fit on two burners?** A: It fits almost perfectly on a Coleman two-burner camping stove. Since kitchen ranges vary, it depends. **Q: Will this griddle function on induction stove?** A: It is iron which is most certainly ferromagnetic, so it should. Having said that though I haven’t personally tried it. The only issue I can think there would be is if the griddle can’t sit low enough on the stove, due to the lip around the edge, you might not get much heating. **Q: If used flat side up on an electric flat stovetop, will the ridges on the bottom conduct enough heat to cook?** A: I don't have this one(I just bought it), but I've been using the Lodge 9 1/2"x17" flat side up over two electric burners with no problem for several years now, so I don't see why this would be any different.
