Today, I mark the lines and opend the box to install; to my surprise the hardware is missing! It also appears to be a used cover based on the leaf debris, bird droppings, rusty rings and scratched metal ends on the straps. This is the second pool cover I’ve purchased from them, and I’m highly upset with this “new” one.I loved my old one but sold it with the house last winter. I’d like some sort of compensation for buying a used cover and the parts to finish the install. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ awesome product, awesome service *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2016* First off, i was quoted a price 0f $1500 for a cover with installation. I decided to shop around and found this one for less than $600 with FREE shipping. It took 2 days to arrive at our house, {which was amazing}. We installed it over the past weekend, and of course my worst nightmare came true..the bolt pattern didnt line up with the old one, just my luck. I went to menards and bought two cheap 3/4 drill bits, (under $20), and commenced to drilling the new bolt holes, which pretty much took up day one. On day two we adjusted all the straps and stretched the cover over the pool, it looks GREAT!! We saved over $900 so it was worth the labor, and the quality of the cover is a-1. If your not afraid to snap some chalk lines and drill about 30 holes, i highly recommend this product, and i never give reviews, but they deserved it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Acceptable pool cover *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2021* It’s only been a week since it’s been put on. We had to drill new holes in the concrete for the anchors. The only small thing that we weren’t happy with is the straps were not straight.
