Been playing for 47 years and now things are clicking thanks to his method of explaining. Further I think the approach is interesting and enjoyable, making practicing not a chore. I am only about half-way through the book - it does require practicing which takes time and takes-up time. I think the book would benefit from a brief explanation of the Circle of Fifths, which the book assumes you already have. I have yet to find a brief and still useful explanation.
