This was unprompted and they didn't request that I change my review, only that I would consider them again for future products. Fair enough! It's hard to find sellers who stand behind their products that well so I indeed will consider their products in the future. Original review: The badge holder is nice when it works but it only lasted a few months before it fell apart and I almost lost my badges. As you can see, the part that connects the badge holder to the lanyard ripped off.
