**Q: Really is unlocked?**
A: Mine was locked to AT&T and I just called them to request it to be unlocked. Hope it works.

**Q: Will this work with visible?**
A: No it won't. It's locked to tmobile. They advertise as unlocked but it's not. You'll have to send it back or switch to tmobile

**Q: I just bought this phone and the phone part is not working correctly. Oputgoing calls, the person cannot hear me. Incoming calls go to voicemail**
A: Have you trying to do a hard reset?
