Since then I've switched to lower impact sports. I'm trying to get back into higher impact sports now (running, squash) and need a knee sleeve that would give me good support and ensure correct alignment. After trying a couple from Amazon, this is the best one so far. It came with a bag too which I didn't expect and is so helpful for travel (not a fan of sweaty sports gear mixing with my clothes in luggage bags)! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I think a Small would fit me better but they don't offer that size. Medium still fits okay and does its job for now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it's great! I did some research and found that knee sleeves may be the way to go for me to reduce stress on the knees. I found these on amazon and have been using them the past week. Overall, it's great! This is my first time wearing knee sleeves so I can't compare with other brands but these work perfectly fine for me. My knee stays warm and I feel that it provides stability for my workout. It is tight enough to provide adequate compression and yet not to tight to a point where it hurts. It is very comfortable and fits great. Comes with a pouch too! No regrets! I have a bad knee, and I would personally prefer a sleeve with stronger support, however it's also usually very uncomfortable wearing those for extended period of times (more than 1 hour). These however are comfortable and provide sufficient support if you do not have a serious injury, or only meant to use it as a precautionary (IMHO).The sleeves come at a bargain especially since it's a pair.
