## Questions & Answers

**Q: can you link multiple strands together ?**
A: You can via the App. What I would say is that the larger set doesn’t work as I’d expected. The pattern starts at the plug and works out to each end. I’d have expected it to start at one end go to the middle and then to the other end. The only way to get this to work is to map the lights which isn’t as easy as you’d think once in a long line. However you might have a different experience. When they are mapped you loose the built for festoon patterns and get access to this designed for all the other devices.  They are great lights but don’t work as I’d hoped. Also I had to replace two sets because of water ingress into the bulbs.

**Q: Do these lights have a white setting as well as multicolour?**
A: Yes... You have to download the app and then you can set to what ever colour you like. Its a bit of an effort just to get a plain white.

I have my set connected to Google home app too. For some reason through Google home there is an option to have and select solid colours like white and candle light in a much easier way.

**Q: How are these lights strung? Is it one continuous 20M string or multiple strings from a single point?**
A: I just received the 600 LED set today. Note that the image shown for that size is misleading. The controller box has TWO cables coming out, each goes to one half of the LEDs, i.e. TWO SETS OF 300. As a result, the controller box has to be located in the MIDDLE of the whole set. Probably not a problem on a tree, because each cable from the box to the first LED is about 2m long (not exact, I didn't measure this). But outdoors you may unexpectedly have to position the controller box somewhere where you weren't expecting, i.e. NOT right at the end of the whole set.

### ⭐ LEDs started failing less than 3 months old

Per the title, the quality/reliability is not as I would expect at the price with LED starting to fail within 3 months of purchase (let alone first being hung outdoors). Not good value for money. Specifically, 1 of the 20 LED lamps now only shows a pinkish colour.
