Then insert the covered gel strip into the knickers like a normal pantie liner - don't add another pad between the gel and your skin or it will limit the effect. Another way I used it was I used it in its cover and without the pants at all. I applied it direct to my skin as needed. It was phenomenal. Bought another pair immediately. Highly recommended.
