I do 30 sec intervals and take the cap out and shake it in between to rearrange the contents. I get even heat distribution and no problems as others mentioned about it burning. My only issue is that if you have a lot of hair it is kind of small and hard to get it to stay on while you do things around the house. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2020* I do like this cap. It heats up and holds heat very well. It’s stylish and comes well packaged with a nice satin dust bag. I would say that if you have a lot of very long thick hair it may be a struggle to get all of your hair into it.
