Most people would probably find this too bitter as tea for sipping, brewed in the standard way. I like strong flavors, so the heavy grassiness/bitterness was OK for me. I also enjoy (and slightly prefer) the higher quality/premium grades from the same seller for this purpose, which are smoother and less bitter. The price is very competitive, although the unit price shown and picture are inconsistent with the description, which is accurate, and actual 2 package price shown.
