Review: Easy to make and don’t even need a pan ! - Easy to make , loved the cardboard cake pan , less washing up and it cooked evenly. You definitely need to add fresh carrot and walnuts ( I added sultanas too ) to make it more of a “ homemade bake “ but it tasted great

Easy to make , loved the cardboard cake pan , less washing up and it cooked evenly. You definitely need to add fresh carrot and walnuts ( I added sultanas too ) to make it more of a “ homemade bake “ but it tasted great
