Please watch my video for detail review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Protecting your assets *by D***W on Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2016* Just by looking at them, these pads are pretty solid and looks to provide good protection in specified areas. I'm comparing these to the ones you would find in the sporting goods stores, which are 3x more expensive and has wide gaps with limited protection. However, they are a tad bulky and you may need to run a size larger for the overlaying gear. Meaning if you wear a size X, you'll probably need to wear a size X+1 or X+2 for the additional padding.We haven't put them to use yet, but overall they look solid. When purchasing, my wife said, "I ALWAYS wear a medium so get me a medium." I new it wouldn't fit, but ordered it anyways. When it arrived, to her surprise it didn't fit. Good thing it fits our 12 yr old son. She finally listened and got her an XL (just in case). The XL was a little loose, but will work.
