Sound quality for music is muffle and has literally no bass. When I first tried to get a replacement i was told I need to use a different size rubber tip. So now I'm expected to use a size that doesn't fit my ear in order to use them. Then i'm advised to make sure the case is charging them. After a week of arguing they agreed to take them back as long as i paid to return them. Bt 5.0 makes the audio quality nice but lacks in bass. The rubber slips on the earbuds tend to come off. (the ones on the outer portion and not the ear tips) They can get lost very easily. Noise cancellation is good when playing w/e you got at full blast. Instant connect, long battery life, stay in ear and sound quality is very good. Only problem I have is with the right earbud, it will disconnect with an electrical crackle and static for no reason and only when it's being used by itself.
