A good toy

It came in a small package (not a box) with bubble wrap and a plastic cover it was really cared for, the box has no marks, scratches, or is bent from shipping, really nice to add to my collection will buy from seller again oh and delivered very quickly.

Soundbarrier is a simple figure. He acts as a ramp for other figures in the Transformers Earthrise line. He can also be utilized as a shield. As creative as that is, this is one of figures that has the least amount of engineering of any Transformer in recent memory (I say again HE IS A RAMP in his altmode). He is ok at 5.99, he is not not a great figure if you're paying more than that.

This is a good addition to my transformers collection. I can now have my transformers figures protected from attacks.

While the tiny explosion it comes with is literally one of my favourite owned items, the figure itself - as some other reviewers have mentioned with too little information, I feel - has two glaring design issues that caused mine to break on second transformation.Specifically, while the limbs, and plug are cast in opaque, durable plastic, the body is actually the same, transparent material the backpack/shield/ramp is manufactured with, just painted over. Moreover, unless you're looking at the completely-covered-by-the-figure-unless-in-certain-poses-and-even-then-hard-to-tell-the-material-without-powerful-light ball joints themselves, you can't know this.For the uninitiated, the translucent variety of plastic is much more brittle and commands a gentler (not that any object, living or not should be treated with force) touch, meaning the ordinary course of action would be to exercise care when handling.Unfortunately, the hinge on the shield has a squared off section to make things flush in shield/ramp mode, and in spite of the instructions showing the legs being completely parallel with the body before the step to fold the second panel of item mode down, I unwittingly found if they're even just slightly tilted back, that square part will hook them, and all the force of the rotation will be translated into pushing on the locked-together, flush-to-body leg joints.As such, on literally the second transformation, and unbeknownst to me, this catch occurred and snapped the right leg off at the ball joint. I've no idea (given how flush the break is with the border of the leg) if it's even possible to glue it back on to restore mobility, but seeing as how the figure cannot stand on its own without the legs being spread, it's literally unusable as anything but a $13 ramp/shield.Morals of this story:= Look at reviews before taking the plunge on virtue of the fact this figure is out of production.= Petition Hasbro/Takara Tomy to do more thorough testing of their products before publishing them.= ...or otherwise have them include warnings of possible failure points in the instructions.= Lastly, if you own this figure in any form. do things out-of-step and make sure the legs are as far forward as possible before hinging the other half of the shield-ramp mode down...
