Caltrate calcium with vitamin D supplements contain high levels of vitamin D3 to help maximize calcium absorption and maintain healthy bones. (2) Take one to two tablets daily with food, or take these bone support supplements as directed by a physician to get the calcium and vitamin D your body needs to support healthy bones and muscles and keep you moving.
