Was easy to install. Is don't have a weird chemical smell and was light enough to install by myself. The size was bigger than I needed but was the size it said it would be.

I’ll admit, after reading many reviews on many different screens I was beginning to feel as though there were no good quality screens short of shelling out a ton of money. Is it a perfect screen? Probably not. Is it an incredible value. Absolutely. It's white, it's a screen. There's some minor cupping on the sides that will probably resolve over time. Rolls up and down well. Lookout, shipping will take some time. Be patient. They respond to their customer service number.
