Clients started asking me to use anothe line or call them back because they could not hear me well. ### ⭐ no stars *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2015* no bluetooth, no tech support, don't bother ### ⭐ These are Terrible *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2016* I didn't expect much for ~$20 but these are entirely useless.- activity light is distracting. The right pod blinks blue while on. Very distracting when using in the dark (plane, bed etc). Probably doesn't help battery life much either but there were plenty of other problems to worry about with these.-didn't fit my ears well. I tried the range of tips that were included as well as some from other earphones I've purchased. Never got a good fit and they frequently fell out of my ears. These are very bulky and without positive fit in your ear, you're working against gravity. Since I had ordered these to run with, they are useless.- poor BT reception. Audio broke up frequently during playback. EVERY call/song, EVERY time I used these. I usually carry my phone (samsung note 4) in my back pants pocket or in an armband. It seemed as though every time I moved my head, the signal cut out. I experienced this regardless of battery charge level and volume. I have also never experienced this problem with any other BT accessory using my cell.- absolutely ridiculous automated voice. She sounds like a native english but the grammar and intimation are ridiculous. Again, not reflective of the original (over $100) price. "Shutdown Thank You".......
