Review: Could be cheaper, and better tasting but effective - Taste is alright, bitter after extended periods of chewing, but caffeine content is on point 👌 There is only 100mg per 'tablet' of gum, so I took 2 together, £0.40 at time of writing, so still massively cheaper than buying a coffee. I have used this to stay awake for extended periods of time and as a low-level performance enhancer, and it definitely works. I've seen some other reviews saying it doesn't work- not sure if they're like caffiene tolerant or something, all I can say is it works for me, and KEEP chewing, it took around 5- 10 mins to really feel the effects, so don't stop when the initial flavour of the gym is gone

These are an acquired taste. They taste really bad at first, really bitter. I've had to stop chewing them and just spit them out because they taste so horrible. You know, there is a menthol taste. That's not what I'm talking about. They're sort of a bitter after taste. But I do have to say after trying one, I did sort of feel the caffeine kick in relatively quickly. After a while, you do sort of get used to the bitter taste, and it's not the end of the world. You know, these are maybe good for what they are. I won't be buying any more, but if you need a caffeinated gum, then you don't want to drink an energy drink or anything like that. Then yeah these are worth a try You know, for the price, it's acceptable. And I wouldn't recommend caffeinated pills because from my experience, they tend to be mostly fakes.
