## Description

Yupik's organic dark red kidney beans are dried legumes. For best results, soak kidney beans overnight in water, then proceed to boil them for approximately 1 hour, or until desired tenderness. Kidney beans are ideal for salads, soups, stews, chili, and more. For best cooking results: 1. Rinse & drain 2. Soak in unsalted water overnight 3. Drain, add to pot with fresh cold unsalted water, slowly bring to a boil until the beans are tender, 2 to 3 hours approximately.

Review: Delish and non-GMO - I use them in my 3 bean salad. After reading the reviews I was somewhat of a skeptic that they might not soften but in less than 12 hours in the vinegar with the other beans they were soft enough to enjoy in my salad. Taste,really good and low calorie side dish. I am very glad they are non-GMO.
