(i currently use the citrus essence)** A: Both Biokleen laundry detergents are great. I use the sports one when I have heavily soiled clothing. For instance, our son is a mechanic and his clothes are greasy when he gets home. I throw them in the washer with the sports detergent. With regularly soiled clothing, I just stick with the normal strength detergent. Both do a great job! In this case, the sports version's scent is Lavender and Eucalyptus rather than the citrus.
