If you don't have an existing thermostat and are trying to do this yourself then the answer depends on your relay box / programmer etc. **Q: How to hard wire neutral live and N/O** A: Sorry but it was fitted by our plumber who was here servicing our boiler! **Q: If you programme it to 20 is that actually the right setting** A: Yes.
