Not even a hair, a smudge, a scratch... Surprise again. There's the iMac, delicately wrapped in it's outer light layer of protection, with an inner clear plastic layer covering the screen and parts that are oh-so-easy to scratch in packing. I peel off all the coverings, get down on my hands and knees, and look. Look harder. Turn it in the light. Look harder still. Wait, there it is! A scuff mark on the RAM bay door! Aha! I show my wife, point at it, and... it comes off. Not a scuff mark, a smudge. Not. A. Scratch. Perfect. Pristine. Ok, the electronics MUST be fried. It won't boot. The Apple keyboard does not include the extended number pad so I actually still use the Logitech keyboard I owned previously. I'm also partial to the Logitech mouse so both of my Apple accessories are extras at the moment. **Q: What year is this?** A: Attempted access additional memory space and was not accessing. Seek Tech support they also were unable. Unit was ask to be return by representative, no replacement was offered. The savings was not worth the downtime of unit and the h response. We purchased a new unit. **Q: Does this series of iMac have a cd port? I’ve seen another one that says it doesn’t but that one was a ‘15 model and a 21.5 screen.** A: There is no built-in cd or dvd player.
