I bought some semi metallics from a different brand (Wagner, who were cheaper and don't make ceramics for my front calipers, the rear ceramics from them worked fine to be fair though), and it was nothing but squeaks. Swapped them out for some of these ceramic pads. They were super easy to install through the sides of the Brembo calipers, and come with a packet of lube and a diagram of where to put the lube to ensure no squeaks (Wagners came with neither). I'll be getting Brembo's from now on. Or at least ceramics. Review: Good pads - Very nice pads. Did stink during break in but thats typical. You will reuse the 2 pins and the thin metal spring plate that are under the pins. The two pins will knock out with a flat ended punch. The spring will come out once you knock the pin out. **Q: Do this pads fit my 2008 Ford mustang shelby gt500?** A: I doubt it, check your application chart to see what fits your specific vehicle. Down load your car vin# in your Amazon account, and they will list what fits your vehicle. Good Luck. **Q: Those pads are genuine brembo?** A: That is a very good question as the brake pads are clearly marked Made in China. However the Brembo website states they source their brakes from many different countries. I did have an issue with the rivets on these pads that required me to file down the rivet heads to make clearance, I will say they stop the car extremely well and I am satisfied with the pad performance. To sum it up my answer is yes I believe that they are genuine Brembo pads but was disappointed with quality control. **Q: Do these brakes squeak after install?** A: No, mine do not squeak at all.. This was my first brake change on the car with approx 75k on the old pads.. Used the same original rotors..
